At the occasion of the Labyrinth Sessions Finale with Bradkely Zero, Aaron L and Nicky C, we asked Stamp The Wax’s head honcho, scheduler and host at  Worldwide FM and founder of new label Wallea’s Choice to show us what he was hiding in his Dj bag. Here are Aaron L’s  top tracks

1 · Hanna – Stranger

Deep, arresting soulful house from Sound Signature mainstay Hanna. Taken from the first release off my new label Waella’s Choice, dropping  the 2nd of June.

2 · Dave Valentin – Astro March

A recently departed jazz great and master flautist. Jazz-funk fusion perfect for the warm-up.

3 · Peggy Gou – Day Without Yesterday

Peggy is going from strength to strength as a DJ and producer at the minute. The pitter-patter of keys on this Phonica release from 2016 makes it a standout.

4 · Lisa Warrington – I like the way you do it

PPU have an absolutely monopoly on sleazy, funked up soul. Dunno where they find it from, but it’s an absolute buy on sight label.

5 · SJOB Movement – Friendship Train

Synthesized afrobeat from 1970’s Nigeria. Reissed by Cultures of Soul, a label who can do no wrong at the moment.
