Having played at On Loop’s 1st birthday in 2017 after guesting on Moxie’s NTS show the previous year, LK returns to Moxie for its seventh release. Hailing from Leeds, he’s been a producer on the rise for a few years now after standout releases on labels like Shall Not Fade and Ruff Draft. Previously releasing under the alias Viers, as LK he offers something with a more soulful touch. 3 different tracks made between laid-back Soul, Motown and 70’s Disco influences. Behind the scenes.

Probably Fela, Reckon that would be crazy.
Do you have any ritual before stepping onto the stage?
Sort my shit out then roll. Get a bit of caffiene in me and make sure I don’t need the toilet midway through.

A guilty passion?
Wouldn’t say I feel guilty about any of my passions but I’m a massive weeb so I’ll go with that.

Yheti – “Crack The Window“. Ridiculous tune in multiple ways but would empty a room in a second.
Your favorite instrument?
I love the sound of the recorder.
A record you regret not to have?
Rev. B.J. Fears & Free Spirit Revue – “Believing Kind“. If someone wants to sell me this get in touch.
