Ready for its 8th instalment, Gottwood festival showcase their full, diverse lineup as tickets are dangerously close to selling out.
Gottwood festival, the purposefully tiny party set deep in the heart of the woods in Llunpronouncable, North West Wales, have been making final preparations before returning for their eighth installment on 8th June, releasing their final wave of artists.
Joining the roster alongside Hard Life faves Antal, The Black Madonna, Horse Meat Disco, Bradley Zero, Hold Youth, DJ Tennis and Craig Richards the new announcement includes DJs and live acts across the electronic spectrum to cement Gottwood’s reputation as a mind-bending adult playground of escapism.
Perennial favourite Move D (check out an interview and mix he did for Hard Life here and here) willl perform a special, guaranteed crowd-pleasing B2B with Frank music label head Johannes Allbert and Damiano von Erckert makes his Gottwood debut.
Continuing the festival’s attitude of eclecticism and compelling journeys through house and techno, experimental psychedelic left-field pop act Bastian Keb will bring his live act to the forest and rising star John Dimas will explore Chicago, Acid and French house. Resident DJs take centre stage with Fuse’s Archie Hamilton and Robert Johnson’s Manuel Schatz bringing their sounds to the Welsh festival.
Hot Flush director Scuba, Futureboogie’s Christophe and Maxxi Soundsystem, Tribal Sessions’ Jozef K and NTS regular Mr Beatnick round out the final wave announcement.
Fresh from winning DJ Mag’s Best Boutique Festival at the 2016 Best of British awards, this years instalment is set to be one of the stand out events on the festival circuit.
