After 2016’s ground-shakingly successful debut, Glitch Festival is back with it’s second edition that unites a heavy bill of house and techno dons to play in its Maltese Gianpula Fields home, with Ben Klock, Maceo Plex, Marcel Dettmann, Jon Hopkins, Mr. G, Blawan, DJ Seinfeld and more set to soundtrack the sun-soaked weekender. This summer, electronic lovers from across the world will gather at the gates of the mystical house and techno fortress for a sonic adventure on the Mediterranean island of Malta. Set across the 7th and 8th September, Glitch is the only way to round off the summer, and what better way to end things? Expect a paradise setting, expert selectors and an intimate, family feel. Plus, it’s the ideal excuse to visit Malta for anyone who hasn’t made the trip before.

Fatima Yamaha – Araya
Definitely one of the many highlights from the first edition of Glitch Festival last year was when Fatima Yamaha dropped ‘Araya’ – at the time still unreleased but brought the place down anyhow.

Midland – Final Credits
Considered as a summer 2016 anthem, ‘Final Credits’ brings so many Glitch Festival memories.

Floorplan – Never Grow Old
Carl Craig played it. An absolute favorite, especially for all the Detroit techno fans like us.

Kink – Cloud Generator
Definitely a Glitch Festival 2016 anthem. This track was used on the official promo video, and it was a very special moment when Kink played it live.

Mood Hut – Better
Midland dropping this at sunset time for that perfect Maltese summer feel.

Tom Trago – Hidden Heart Of Gold
Gold, just gold.

Josh Wink – I am Ready
One of the highlights from Virginia’s set, the crowd went mental!

James Ruskin – Work (Steve Rachmad Mix)
You know things will get heavier when Dave Clarke steps in.

Underground Resistance – Transition
Local selector Cain dropping this. What a track!

Sigha – A Better Way Of Living
Strobes, Len Faki and this track. You get the picture.

Fuse – Nightdrive
Ben Klock closing the very first edition of Glitch with this emotional masterpiece right after his all-time classic Sub Zero. It was definitely a moment which we will never forget.

Smackos (Legowelt) – Slow Tape Life
Slow Tape Life is the soundtrack that features on this year’s promo video. We are huge fans of Legowelt, and it’s a great pleasure to have him for the upcoming edition.
